Prepare the Price list from the following information given below.

Purchased 1000 leather bag @ 900 for cash.

Create the price list for two peoples Punjab & outside of Punjab.

For Punjab

0-500@2700 for discount 5%

500 & above@2500 for discount 6%

For outside Punjab

0-300@3000 for discount 7%

300 & above 2900 for discount 8%

Sold 600 numbers of bags to the person is living in Punjab & sold 250 numbers of bags is outside of Punjab for cash.

Note: - Price list is used to sale the product for particular area. 

For Example,

Wholesaler

0-600@1000 for discount 5%

600-700@950 for discount 6%

700 & above @925 for discount 6.5%

Retailer

0-50@1500 for discount 3%

50-70@1450 for discount 4%

70 & above@1400 for discount 5%

Setting of price list

Go to the Accounting Voucher

Press F11 Then Press F2

Separate discount column on invoice-Yes

Use multiple price level- Yes

How to create Price List

Go to the Inventory Info.

Choose Price List & Press Ok. Or press P

All Item Press Enter

Choose Price Level Eg.In side Punjab

Then fill the form & Save

Use of Price List

Again go to the Accounting Voucher

Go to the sales voucher ORPress F8

Fill the Format and also choose Price Level Eg.In side Punjab

Rate & Discount are automatically comes in format

Finally save it.
