SUMMARY
This is the study about the textile company which is based in India, expanded more than 35 countries with 5800 worker. The HR practices are with amazing view and ideas like extensive training during the period of 2 years with compensation package. The company has been plagued by quite a few related problems in the recent past .employee is promoted to the higher position asking for the demotion and back to original position. company became confuse by the organization , as a result company appointed a team of HR experts to find out the reason behind it, employee running away from the company and find out the measure steps to follow . They conducted the interview to know the reason of asking for the Demotion. They interviewed the Employee, finally they contacted the employee who had left the company and asked for the interview.

                                                                                         Suddenly, they spoke with negative impact about the job and said no rules in authority, responsibility and accountability. Company is providing the little authority for the job holder. There was also misunderstanding and quarrel with the Subordinates. many of employees felt that compensation was not according to term and condition .HR experts presented a report , the report directly blaming about the job analysis report made earlier because of that facing such problem at present . This was all happened due to HR manager lack of cooperative, so as a result they came back with the new techniques adopted in the job analysis process. Finally they started to take the fresher job analysis, and HR experts were hired this time to prepare job analysis report even through with heavy charge.

MEASURES ISSUES
The measure issues related to this Company are as follows:
Ø The company is getting a decent share with a competition in the market,
Ø Conducting training programmed to the employee during the period of 2 year with compensation to those who are excellent for the industry,
Ø Employee of the company was asking for the demotion and send back to their original positions,
Ø Company appointed a team of HR experts identify the issues and steps to followed to solve the problems,
Ø Employee is always against the job because the no rules without authority and responsibility more over job provided some of the authority ,
Ø Employee is often getting misunderstanding and fight with the subordinates, many employee feel the compensation package is accountability of the job based on interview with the present and former employees,
Ø HR department is the main who is responsible for the present situation due to not being cooperative with the employee,
Ø At last company adopted new techniques in the job analysis process for the new candidates in the company,

1. Do you agree with the finding of the team of HR professionals regarding the recent spate in employee resignations and request for reversal?
Ans.  In my point of view employee should give the facilities, reward for the one who perform good in the company. Besides this job analysis and design should be in the motivation between employee and employer. It has attraction between HR department and with his employee. Company should give the authority for the job holders. Similarly, they should be change in job analysis process.

2. What is your response to the of the HR manager MR Ravi verma blaming employee for the defective job analysis report?
Ans. Yes, I agree with finding the team of HR professional spate in employee resignation and request because, if this could not be happened the HR practices then company should be in loss.

3. Do you have any alternative suggestion for controlling attrition in Aravind suiting?
Ans. Mr. Ravi verma should be well cooperative with his subordinates so that job holders should so good response towards the company by making well competitive in the market and also come to its goal at the end.

4. How do you view the development in Arriving suiting from your perspective?

Ans. in my suggestion company should be with a active recruitment process for the candidates and with fully skilled manager regarding their in every department .company should be also with well experts. Company should have structure because; we can run company from good structure. And good structure is very important for a company. It should be well skilled job holders according to their post. They have to good approaches for his company.
